Allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. You may track your package after it leaves our San Francisco store, and you are provided a tracking number.

If you enter your order number and the UPS system tells you it has no record of that package, it may mean that your package has not left SF Dancewear's San Francisco location.

Tracking information is available for two weeks after your package is shipped.

SF Dancewear is not responsible for the maintenance or proper functioning of the UPS site that tracks our packages. That site is solely the responsibility of UPS.
