| SF Dancewear Return Policy
SFDancewear.com follows the same policies that are in effect in our Oakland
or San Francisco locations. On-Line purchases can be returned or exchanged
either by sending them to 659 Mission Street, San Francisco CA 94105 or bring
the item to one of our store locations under the following conditions:
All Returns or Exchanges must be received by San Francisco Dancewear within
thirty (30) days of the shipping date postage paid
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
For Exchanges, additional shipping and handling charges will apply
You must include either a copy of or the original receipt with instructions
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing
SF Dancewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
All Garments (Leotards, Pants, etc) must be in the new, resalable condition
with tags attached and in the original packaging, if applicable.
Sorry, but health laws preclude SF Dancewear from accepting the return of tights.
All tight purchases are considered a Final Sale.
All shoes must be in the original boxes, undamaged, and must be in new, resalable
condition.
Backorders
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. If SFDancewear.com is temporarily
Out of Stock of the item ordered, we will ship the in-stock portion
of the order at once. The balance of the order will be sent as soon as we receive
it and at NO ADDITIONAL shipping or handling fee.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to keep them as low as
possible. However, price changes by manufacturers may require us to raise prices
to offset additional costs.
The information on the sfdancewear.com website may contain typographical errors
or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right
to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information
at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product
description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause you.
