Domestic Shipping
SF Dancewear will always attempt to ship your order immediately, although it can
take up to 3 business days (do not count weekends) to process, especially during
busy holiday and back to school periods. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Special Orders will be upon receipt from the manufacturer. They will arrive separately
from other items in your order, and shipping times may vary.
Order Tracking
Going to our Order Tracking Page and entering
your order number can track most orders. If you have difficulties tracking your
order, or have questions relating to your order, please contact orderstatus@sfdancewear.com
for further assistance.
Standard Delivery
SF Dancewear uses UPS for all domestic shipments within the continental U.S. Please
allow 7 - 10 business days for shipping time, not counting weekends.
Please note that priority shipping is available by contacting the store
directly.
SF Dancewear quotes all shipping charges (US Postal Service) on orders delivered
outside the continental United States. You will be charged the actual shipping
charge, not the amount shown on our order form. If you need a shipping quote please
e-mail customerservice@sfdancewear.com. For quotes on next day and 2nd day
deliveries, please call SF DanceWear at 1-415-882-7087. (Monday - Friday 10:00

Online Security
SF Dancewear uses a secured server to process online transactions. When you
enter your credit card number, it is encrypted and sent in a scrambled format.
This greatly reduces any risks.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are e-mailed to customers on orders that ship within the
continental U.S.A. Shipments may be tracked by utilizing the "Order Tracking"
button located at the bottom of each page.
Tax
Tax is charged on California orders only, at a rate of 8.5%.
Order Cancellation
To request cancellation of your order please e-mail a request along with your
order number to orders@sfdancewear.com or call at 415-882-7087.
We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. If your item has
already been processed, cancellation of this order will not be possible. You may
decline to accept the order when delivered; however, refusal of delivery will
not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any re-stocking
fees from applying to any refund allowed.
Backorders
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. If SFDancewear.com is temporarily
Out of Stock of the item ordered, we will ship the in-stock portion
of the order at once. The balance of the order will be sent as soon as we receive
it and at NO ADDITIONAL shipping or handling fee.
